I bought a hikvision ssd from an e-commerce site. Although I bought many, but one of them turned out to be defective. So I bought a new one and replaced it so that my customer would not be inconvenienced. So that the customer does not suffer. Then I sent an e-mail to Hikvision Türkiye. I said there is a problem with the product (ssd) and I want to send it to service. They asked me for the serial number and photos and I sent them. Then, I am directed to the back system. So I called the back system and explained the situation. They gave me their address information and said to ship it. So I sent the product on April 27. By the way, it had been 3 months since I received the product. When I looked at the situation from cargo tracking around May 7, Aras Cargo tried to deliver the product almost every day. But they did not take it because it was a counter payment. They did not give me the deal code when I was going to send the product. Subsequently, the product arrived at the branch I sent it to today. What will we do? Who will pay for this cargo? When I asked why you didn't receive it, they said they would only receive the cargo sent on Friday and Saturday, with a counter payment. They didn't tell me this at first either. As a result, today I bought the cargo for 47 TL and sent it with the agreement code they gave. By the way, I also took the agreement code by force. I sent the cargo again today. Let's see how much more they will cost. Customer satisfaction first, money second. The product I bought is a product worth 150 TL. I am a customer, I bought an SSD for 175 TL and installed it in his laptop. As a result, the SSD is broken or defective and does not work. The essence of the matter is situations that do not value people and do not suit business ethics. The quality of a product can already be understood at the time of service. Also, you should stay away from the HIKVISION brand. Also, you should not visit the after-system technical service. I do not forgive you that 47 TL. I hope that if anyone reads this comment, they will shop thinking that such a process will happen to them. I will not buy HIKVISION SSD or other products from now on. They need to know that money is not easy to earn in THIS land.

I sent the motherboard to the rear system. They were going to update the Screetboot feature and send it. Thank you, they damaged it and sent it back. My working motherboard arrived damaged. I bought a laptop from where I live (Kocaali), the laptop turned out to be problematic, I asked for my money back, the store I bought it from kept me busy for 3 weeks, as it is online education (distance), I had already bought the laptop for classes and homework. He stalled me, he disgraced me and what happened was my classes, I fell behind in all my classes, let's come to the real issue, this store I bought from kept me busy for 3 weeks by saying; My brother said that since you purchased the product with a credit card, the product cannot be returned. I can refund your money whenever I sell the device. Finally, I reached out to the wholesaler that this store supplies, this company, Art System, and told me the same thing, and they told me that there is absolutely no such thing, even if you buy with a credit card, you have the right to a refund, and I said that this store I bought from is your member, please take the necessary action. I said I wanted it, they said we couldn't do anything and they didn't care either. In short, the art system accepted the refund, but they were also lax in the refund process, they said they would refund your money in a week at the latest, they kept me waiting for two weeks or more, I mean, my brothers, first of all, their member in Kocaali suffered from the store. Afterwards, I experienced the slow movement of the after system, rest assured, what I have told you is not too much, it is not enough, because I experienced such a great victimization and events that took place in such a long time that I need to write an article here, so I thought it appropriate to write this in summary so that you won't get bored. I will not let you choose the products they import with technical service problems again, the modem whose battery needs to be removed and installed has been in the service for 10 days. Every time I call you, they call you 1 hour later and say they will give you a cargo tracking number, no one calls or asks. If I had known, I would have done it myself, we sent it back so that the warranty would not be void, and they regretted it.
